Recently I came across the Himalayan Ayurvedic herbal teas and tried some of them (PITTA, BHRINGARAJ, JAIPHAL) and I am very happy with them. I am much calmer, my shoulder ligament got stronger, my toes` verrucas is vanishing..
It is indeed a miracle of nature in what a great harmony the herbal mixtures of teas, their aromas and effects are. The preparations are tasty, beneficial and easy to use. I equipped my kitchen and office with them.
Preparation
Let one teaspoon of herbal blend (cca 2g) simmer for 3–5 minutes or pour 250 ml of boiling water and allow 10 minutes infusion.
Recommended Dosage
2–3 cups a day
Use
The Himalayan herbs are traditionally boiled for 3 to 5 minutes in case they serve as a remedy enhancing mental and bodily functions. Such decoction has stronger effect, milder taste and beneficially influences our digestion. The individual parts of the herbs (flowers, fruits, seeds, stalks, leaves, bark, rhizomes and roots) are purposely crushed and grounded into small parts, to achieve the best quality of Ayurvedic blends. If we use teas only for prevention, support or stimulation of the body, we can just let the herbs infuse.
For optimal effect of herbal decoction, we drink tea warm, preferably in the morning before breakfast, during the day one hour before meal and in the evening before going to bed for a period of duration of health disorders. Allow one week pause after finishing each tea box.
The specific taste of each tea is a part of its therapeutic effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of six tastes. Thus any kind of sweetener is not recommended.
Dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a dry place under 25°C. Not convenient for children, pregnant and nursing women.
I drink APANA tea and after years of irregular menstruation my cycle eventually settled down. Amazing.
I recommend PACHAKA tea. I have been suffering from a pain under my left rib - stomach or spleen problem. After a few days' use, the pain was gone. The effect is amazing. Now I am trying BHRINGARAJ for hair.
DALCHINI tea helped me through the first days of spring pollen season. After one week of drinking the tea, three times a day, I was able to walk my dog and run with him through a meadow in bloom!
Hello, I want to thank for RANJAKA tea. I have had troubles with iron shortage in my blood. In addition, I am a vegetarian. Any pills containing iron did not work. The tea not only helped me, but also I did not suffer from any side effects.
I am very satisfied with the herbal elixirs. They really work and are rich in minerals and nutrients, even when used in small amounts. Also, I have had nothing but positive feedback on the teas that I have purchased for my friends.
For years I have suffered from persistent allergies (dust, mites, pollens), which got worse with each passing year. Every summer I have to endure constant sneezing, blowing my nose, red eyes and itching in my nose and ears. After a few days of using DALCHINI and KARAVI teas, I was extremely relieved, with only the minimum left of the usual symptoms. And all without chemistry! I am very grateful for your teas and I will continue to use them.
Hello, I`ve been drinking APANA tea, which helped me immensely with my painful menstruation. I threw away my pills, pain disappeared. Thanks!
Hello, my lymph node on arms, legs and spine were swollen – unbearable pain, it lasted for two month. After drinking KATPHALA tea the pain reduced and my nodes got smaller. Fantastic effect. Thanks.
I started using the BRAHMI tea after I stopped the anti seizure medication (as it made me unable to study). The Brahmi tea helped to calm the pinching that would happen where my calcified lesion is in my brain. I’m currently writing my thesis and will be done end of July.
Thanks for the VATA tea. Satisfied. These herbs really work. Greetings and thank you.
